Mom and DadIt's not very often that we get a picture of mom without something in front of her face or trying to hide from the camera. On family vacations during childhood our pictures were of the four of us kids and Dad, Why? Because Mom didn't want to be in pictures and was the one behind the camera. This picture will go down in history! This was taken at Richard and April's Wedding Reception last month on September 13th. Mom and Dad decided that they would make out for all to see... or show us how it's done. Those unlucky enough to show up late or at the end of the reception witnessed this spectacle. Luck was on our side and at least 2 cameras ready to record this momentous occasion for generations. I have spared everyone the actual kissing photos and posted this one showing how happy they are after more than 37 years of marriage, 4 children and all of our shenanigans, son and daughters in-laws and 6 high-spirited grandchildren. I love and admire my parents soooooo much!
